Hello
I'm James, I am a beginner in calisthenics and a freshman in college. To keep it blunt, I need to lose this weight and gain more muscle. I am currently sitting at 5'11-6' at 220. Goal is to get back at 180-190 losing around a pound a week. Any advice would definitely be helpful.
