Three things in my house that I thought were reasonably healthy options and aren’t really are things I pack in my sons lunches - Danimals, chewy granola bars and fruit snacks. Guess I should have known but I thought they would be better than cookies, candy and chips. Sigh
Side note - yesterday I said I’ve been trying not to eat things I can’t pronounce. I swear I had not seen this video yet lol I thought I had an original idea.
