Food the good and the bad
I am on a vegan diet thst doesn’t mean everything is healthy.
I recently saw potato chips that were vegan and on sale for approx; $1.97 I thought to myself I don’t have chips that often and was about to put them in the card. What stopped me? The damn saturated fat content and sodium it was crazy. I left the chips at the store.
Nondairy yogurts are not all the same. Same thing you gotta flip that label around and scrutinize it. Alright it has this much fat, will get x amount of protein and 4 grams of fiber as an example.
You gotta find a balance by comparing products because all manufacturers are trying to do is make a product that sales.
