My habit is being an emotionally eater! When I feel overwhelmed and stressed I feel I like failed but I know it’s just a trick of the enemy. That’s when I want a coke or chips I love chips, I’m really not a soda drinker. I have gotten better with not buying them so I won’t be tempted to eat when I’m emotionally stressed out.
Yesterday I did have two slices of pizza my goal was to have kale salad with chicken. That’s all I ate and drink my water. I had a lot going on yesterday my son was sick and afterwards I had to take my husband to urgent care after work because of chest pain and then he was transported to the hospital.
Today is a new and it’s okay!
