Recovery is an important part of the process. When we start a new program or are hyper focused on a goal, we sometimes lose sight of recovery and its role in our wellness.
Recovery is more than rest days or foam rolling/stretching as was my case yesterday. It includes proper nutrition, sleep, supplementation and hydration.
Head down, horns up!
