Throughout my fitness journey, I have jumped on a lot of diets that in the end brought me back full circle where I started, with nothing the bit experience. Often I have "lost weight," which is normally muscle from improperly fueling my body and the weight often comes back. To name a few: hardcore keto/carnivore diet, Paleo, and juice diets/protein shake attempts.
My biggest take away from my Herd experience was proper fueling to fuel my body for energy, as well as proper muscle growth.
