What’s up dudes!? You’re going to start seeing some DudeChat discussion posts on various topics every few days or each week where we have a chance to connect with, encourage, learn from, and support each other! With this month being suicide prevention month, I felt this topic was fitting: MENTAL HEALTH CHECK: 1. Scale of 1-10, where’s your head at in life right now? Be honest! (1 being rock bottom, 10 being absolutely fantastic) 2. What’s the biggest mountain of stress/anxiety you are facing right now? 3. 1. 7 2. My stress right now is just coming from having a lot to do in a little amount of time. I’ve been busy at work, busy on the weekends, and will be traveling for work and again on vacation soon so I’m just trying to stay up to date on all my tasks. 3. As others mentioned, prayer is always a big stress relief for me too, but also being WITH others, especially trusted friends and other believers, and being able to tell them what’s going on and to be able to encourage one another is always good for me. Working out is always something that makes me feel better too.

AMRAP 8min Walking Lunges *Every Time You Stop = 15 Push ups, 15 DB Bent Over Rows Then Time Cap 8min Collect 100 DB Push Presses *Every Time You Stop = 15 Goblet Squats, 15 DB Deadlifts Try it out! Post to the comments your "score" (reps for the amrap, time completed for the capped workout)

Tried it this morning- 104 lunges with 2 breaks for pushups and rows. Only made it to 85 presses with 3 breaks for squats and DLs. Hot yoga this evening!
