"Start Calisthenics(for beginners)" to be REVAMPED
Greetings, Caliversity athletes! The first course in Caliversity(in which all beginners are recommended to start from) is in the process of being upgraded. Previously, the course featured 4 strength levels: level 1: for pull ups level 2: for pull ups level 3: for muscle ups level 4: for muscle ups We have taken a close look at the contents of the courses and decided that the entire structure could use a little more specificity, especially since the pull up and muscle up are calisthenics movements that are considered difficult for most beginners. Here are the changes: This entire course will be divided into 2 now: One for beginners to learn the pull up, which will feature 4 strength levels the other for beginners to learn the muscle up, which will feature 3 strength levels The courses will be divided into much more intricate detail, to cover more individual aspects on how you can improve your strength and weaknesses, so you can progress faster in your pull ups and muscle ups journey. We've also decided to compile information into the digital ebooks, so the videos look more presentable and straight to the point, In essence: What exercises to be done and how to do them: watch the video Why you should be doing the exercises, how many sets and how many reps: read the ebook We aim to publish this by the end of the week, and we're editing the final details Stay tuned!

What is one physical achievement that you are proud of?
Personally, I unlocked a 140kg / 308lbs bench without ever training for bench(75kg / 165lbs bodyweight) This made a lot of local powerlifters and bodybuilders start calisthenics because I told them that was my first time benching seriously as a calisthenics athlete. What is your achievement and story?

@Mark Robinson Do you have any tips for working with strength imbalances. I can currently do 10 pistol squats on my right leg (if i go to failure) but can only do 1 on my left. I just do an extra set for my left but I feel like there's something better. Any advice ?

@Mark Robinson Tysm bro. If I remember, I'll let you know how it goes On the topic of pistol squats, are there any easier easier variations other than assisted (So far I've only used Shrimp Squats) ?
