"Start Calisthenics(for beginners)" to be REVAMPED
Greetings, Caliversity athletes!
The first course in Caliversity(in which all beginners are recommended to start from) is in the process of being upgraded.
Previously, the course featured 4 strength levels:
level 1: for pull ups
level 2: for pull ups
level 3: for muscle ups
level 4: for muscle ups
We have taken a close look at the contents of the courses and decided that the entire structure could use a little more specificity, especially since the pull up and muscle up are calisthenics movements that are considered difficult for most beginners.
Here are the changes:
This entire course will be divided into 2 now:
One for beginners to learn the pull up, which will feature 4 strength levels
the other for beginners to learn the muscle up, which will feature 3 strength levels
The courses will be divided into much more intricate detail, to cover more individual aspects on how you can improve your strength and weaknesses, so you can progress faster in your pull ups and muscle ups journey.
We've also decided to compile information into the digital ebooks, so the videos look more presentable and straight to the point,

Why you should be doing the exercises, how many sets and how many reps: read the ebook
We aim to publish this by the end of the week, and we're editing the final details
