Have been struggling to go to the gym due to my business and running my own skool community. But today I went ham. Did biceps, chest, back and a little bit of legs who knows when I’ll go back very busy with University as well.
Completed the Irish 3/4 Marathon Yesterday (31.6km). The first 20k was alright but the last 10k was a struggle. Had to dig deep for it but thats what we do here 💪 Hoping to build up to full Marathon distance next year as I'm planning on doing the Dublin Marathon in 2025 🔜
