Hey pals!! What's a grab-n-go pre-workout meal/snack you love & recommend? Something I can prep the night before, as I work out at 4am and don't make the time to cook or prep something beforehand 💪🏼
I don’t know if it would be a meal but at those hours before gym I go 80g banana and 1 serving Soda crackers before gym then slam protein after with a little carb reup + fibre or a slow digesting carb.
What do other people do on rest days? I jumped into a walk and restorative yoga but I always feel rest is the hardest day with not feeling I’m doing enough. 😬
Ah yes the guilty rest day, I’ve struggled with allowing peace of mind around them. I ask myself questions like why can I not rest/feel like I should. I always found it was fear based, that I would slip, have faith in self 🩷 you deserve rest.

Noticing the increase in carbs for my macros than I allow myself has allowed me to work in more fruit during the day which has allowed for better night time eating habits which also increased quality of sleep and then more energy in the gym. Getting post lift cardio/core in which I really enjoy having the consistent energy for.
