People are noticing!
I had 2 different people approach me at the gym this week saying how much muscle definition they can see while I’m working out. One woman said “your hard work is really paying off! I can really see your muscles when you lift” yay 😁

Low on time
Hey guys. I typically do my cardio in the morning fasted. (Ex a little jog to get my brain functioning before work) I try to get my lifts in at lunch. After work my life is hectic so we typically get a walk in before bed or walk to yoga for some steps. What do you do when you are low on time for lifting? Is there a downside to super-setting for the sake of time. Keep in mind I was one of those dreaded CrossFitters so rest time is a new thing for me. What are your suggestions on getting lifts in on a time crunch?
