How frequent would you change a workout program (exercise selection and/or sets/reps, if the goal has not changed). Do you typically wait for a plateau?

Also curious about rest time - some exercises have a prescribed rest period while others don't. Is there a window of "too much" rest time?

Consistency in both the gym routine and the meals have been a big W for me! Lifting with more intention, eating with more intention, and haven't had a back spasm yet so I'm very happy with the progress in that department πŸ’ͺ🏼🀠

@Molly Spinney I'm so sorry to hear you were in an accident! I was in a pretty bad one in Feb and still dealing with a back injury, so I relate a lot to your situation β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή I also joined this challenge to help me get back to a consistent schedule, and the community has helped a lot. Glad you are here and getting back to it πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸ»
Training schedule
Hey folks! Just wondering if anyone has found a way to view the training schedule by week, rather than individual day? Because of my work schedule, I may have to switch some rest/training days and I'm having a hard time planning things without knowing what the full week looks like πŸ’ͺ🏼 Hope that made sense lol, thanks in advance!

Easy Meal Ideas
Hey! Just wondering if anyone has any ideas or tips for meal ideas when you're in a rush? My work day can sometimes be crazy. Last night didn't leave much time so my husband and I opted to pick up a rotisserie chicken from the SuperStore. What are some other quick easy ideas when you don't have time? I need to make a solid effort this weekend to meal prep for next week :) I'm just wondering what others enjoy eating that's easy! Thanks!

@Kimmy Beck ill send you more meal prep ideas as i think of them! This one is nice because you can prep everything ahead of time and throw it all together in the morning, and it's minimal cooking (if youre like me and hate cooking in the summer lol) πŸ₯°
