Still feeling great most days. Sleepy the rest. I’ve been away from home for a bit so it throws off my routine. But I’m just happy to hit my steps and get the lifts in!
HALFTIME CHECK IN FORM! πŸ’ͺ
We are halfway through the Recomp challenge and it’s check in time! From a coaching perspective, it’s always important to get feedback and assess progress / if any changes are needed throughout this phase. I want everyone to make the most out of it! This form is a down step from the check ins I typically do with my coaching - but gives you an idea of the important things for us to reflect on throughout each period. Please submit over the weekend and I will be getting back with adjustments and feedback individually starting Monday! Keep crushing it guys and keep a look out for the new split rotating in in the coming weeks! CHECK IN LINK πŸ”— https://coaching.humblefit.co/skool-checkin-and-updates

The form was asking that I pick an appointment time but it wasn’t giving me options. Anyone else?

@Matt Langille thanks Matt!!
People are noticing!
I had 2 different people approach me at the gym this week saying how much muscle definition they can see while I’m working out. One woman said β€œyour hard work is really paying off! I can really see your muscles when you lift” yay 😁

This program has a different volume of sets and lifts than the one I was on so the difference I am seeing is my recovery and strength. The scale bounces around but I am being mindful of big picture.
Low on time
Hey guys. I typically do my cardio in the morning fasted. (Ex a little jog to get my brain functioning before work) I try to get my lifts in at lunch. After work my life is hectic so we typically get a walk in before bed or walk to yoga for some steps. What do you do when you are low on time for lifting? Is there a downside to super-setting for the sake of time. Keep in mind I was one of those dreaded CrossFitters so rest time is a new thing for me. What are your suggestions on getting lifts in on a time crunch?

@Rob Doiron I would be hesitant to go any earlier than my 5:30/6 just with my work schedule and knowing I can’t get to bed until 11 most nights. I appreciate the feedback though!
