Best form of cardio for a heavier guy?
I’m around 240-45 Ib so running was always more straining on my body but got me the best results like an improvement on my stamina and my breathing. I tried biking but it just doesn’t feel the same. Any advice?

Keep running. I'm currently 280 at 6'3 and run a mile 2x per week. I try and get cardio in 5x a week and alternate between running a mile and doing 120 flights on the stairmaster.

@Roger C yes and no. I wrote it and ran it through ai three different times to fluff it up

Would you be interested in some kind of monthly coaching package with 1on1 calls and chat with me? I've already helped 2 of my best friends to get in the gym and have (pretty insane) transformations if you want my opinion, so I think I can take on real clients and go all in on them to transform them even faster than my friends (because they weren't always that consistent lol). Please give me suggestions on how you think I should do this, I'll make it low price at first so I can learn how to properly manage online coaching as well.
