The Proof is in the Pudding!!!!!
Morning Ya'll!! I finally stepped on the scale this morning...and folks, it was like Freakin Christmas!!!! I cannot explain the feeling and what a way to start the day!!! Totally unexpected.... I'm not a fan of constantly stepping on the scale, I usually go by how I feel, how my clothes fit. As an former ironman athlete i'm very aware of those things. And in the past yes, I would have stepped on the scale every day. But in the last 5 years when I step on the scale and the numbers continue to go up....then who wants to do that!!! I dont know my exact weight prior to starting almost 2 weeks ago. Yes I am still in the Primer prep phase. I'm going at my own pace. And folks...I was 143. I know i was not 143 to start. Probably closer to 146-147. The other indicator of how I know that this is correct is because I CAN FEEL IT!!!! Its all coming together! I'm learning so much. I'm excited to see what happens when I can really dial in next week and put more into play! Thank you @Terrill Sydnes and @Shaun Hadsall for all you do! Off to my class now! Have a blessed day!! 🙏

He had been doing keto for months and was beyond frustrated, because after lose 15lbs he was STUCK, and he was tired of all the restrictions. Is there anything regarding alcohol consumption? I’m trying not to do anything during the week, but on the weekends I like to have something. Love Mezcal tequila which is 100% agave with zero sugar ginger ale. Or a gin and tonic. Is there any thing that is preferred or are we aiming for Zero tolerance lol!!! 😂

Morning all!... There is only ONE diet-pill we all should swallow on a DAILY basis… - It’s 100% FREE. - It’s NOT a magic bullet. - It’s NOT a pill, powder, or supplement. - It’s NOT even a fat burner supplement. - It’s something I recommend (and often joke about) to every client I’ve ever coached. It’s called consistency. Consistency, NOT perfection is the real secret of the 6%ers who achieve their goals, because there is there’s no such thing as “perfection” when it comes to health and fat-loss. - YOU’RE going to eat bad food sometimes when you’re not supposed to. - WE are going to eat bad food sometimes when we’re not supposed to. - Sometimes you’re going to skip an exercise session and be lazy when you shouldn’t. - So will WE. - Many times you may even fall off track for more than a few days (or weeks) at a time. Dwelling on your mistakes or inconsistencies is nothing but a WASTE of time and energy. And whenever you beat yourself up or get stuck in a rut, always remember this saying: “Yesterday is in the tomb. Tomorrow is in the womb. All we have is TODAY.” In other words, the journey IS the destination. So do yourself a big favor… Make sure you wake up EVERY day and take this diet pill called “consistency” and FORGET about perfection. It doesn’t exist.
