Great tips, thank you
📢 Shout-out, everyone 📢 Alex Hormozi's Big Bomb is Coming Close 💥
4 days ago, I watched a short of Alex Hormozi revealing his daily routine. But the only one thing that grabbed my attention was that 'he is working on a NEW BOOK.' Since then, I've been daily checking Aquisition.com website, skool community, YT and everywhere, and I even subscribed to the notification list 'which is something that I never did in my life.' Just how far is this man going 😂 Are you trying to crush the business consultation market, Alex?

@Omar Elgazzar it’s possible, but … make sure they really put some effort into it. Reps upon reps, quality reps. Setting $100m book a the new control, he has to beat the controls by 1%. Aka. Sucking a little bit less than $100m.
@Omar Elgazzar Definitely!.

@Alexi Drouin I like it 👌🏾. Kudos to Alex for giving credit… So the moment he says “Fair enough” the game is on?. That simple addition to a sentence is designed to trigger reciprocity ?. That’s crazy! Thanks for sharing.
The Four Big Levers to Scale Your Business by Alex Hormozi
Most small to mid-sized businesses struggle to grow because they focus on the wrong tasks. Here’s a breakdown of the four key levers by @Alex Hormozi that can drive growth: 1. Traffic 🚦 2. Conversion 🔄 3. Price 💰 4. Churn ♻️ If your business isn’t growing, one of these levers is likely out of balance. Here’s how to diagnose and adjust each one: Traffic 🚦 • Issue: If your business model and economics are sound but growth is stagnant, you might need more traffic. • Solution: Scale your efforts until you hit a breaking point, then fix that specific issue and continue scaling. Conversion 🔄 • Issue: If your conversion rate is low, more traffic won’t help. • Solution: Improve your landing pages, tweak your about page, create a better VSL, add carousel images, and refine your copy. Spend time making your conversion path as efficient as possible. Price 💰 • Issue: Underpricing can cap your revenue. • Solution: Experiment with pricing. If everyone pays a bit more, your revenue grows without needing more traffic. Churn ♻️ • Issue: High churn rates can nullify other efforts. • Solution: Address why customers leave. Improve onboarding, reduce complexity, and remove non-essential elements that overwhelm users. Practical Example If reactivating a free group could increase traffic, compare it with other traffic sources. Would better ads or increased ad spend yield more results than the time invested in the group? Decision Process 1. Identify the biggest constraint. 🚧 2. Focus on improving that area first. 🎯 3. Scale your efforts until another lever needs adjustment. 📈 More, Better, New 1. More: Can you do more of what’s working? ➕ 2. Better: Can you improve the quality of what you’re doing? 🌟 3. New: Only try something new when you can’t do more or better. 🔄 Conclusion Stay focused on tasks that drive growth. Avoid distractions and keep iterating on what works. Have Questions? Comment below and let’s discuss how to identify and fix your business’s levers!

Thank you for the insightful breakdown, @Alexi Drouin ! I completely agree that focusing on these four levers—traffic, conversion, price, and churn—can truly drive business growth. Identifying and fixing the biggest constraint is crucial. I'll definitely apply these principles to ensure my business scales effectively.

@Brad Johnson 💯 percent, it’s easy to remember when they are presented like this.
BRUTAL HONESTY HERE!!! NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART!!! Don’t read if your easily offended!!!
🔥 It's your brother **JASON MOTIVATION**, a.k.a. **THE CHIEF ABBOT OF THE JUGGERNAUT MONKS** bringing you another **POWERFUL INTERRUPTION** to your normal programming! ⚡💥 **🚨 Brutal Honesty Alert! 🚨 EVERYONE Needs to Read This NOW!** ⚠️ *Progress Over Perfection* is the secret that most people are too scared to face. I need to be brutally honest with you right now because this truth could change your business (and your life) forever! 💯 We keep tricking our minds into NOT taking action—the **one thing** that drives results in business—by saying, "I need to learn more about this" or "I need to know everything before I make a move." ❌ Do you see what’s happening here? 🤔 It's a **safety mechanism**! Your mind is trying to protect you from failure. But here’s the **HARD TRUTH**: failure is a necessary part of success. ⚔️ Your mind is deceiving you, making you avoid the uncomfortable tasks that actually create sales—the lifeblood of your business. 💰 Let me be absolutely clear: **NOTHING HAPPENS** in business until a sale is made. Period. Sales fuel everything. 🚀 If you're not getting new customers, you’re not in business. Even though it feels uncomfortable, you’ve got to get comfortable with the uncomfortable if you want to **stay** in business. 🔥 Stop falling into the trap of **forever learning** but never taking action. It’s time to get out of that rut and start MAKING MOVES that get you results! I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but sometimes the truth hurts. 💥 If you want success, you’ve got to embrace the grind, get uncomfortable, and MAKE THE SALE. 🏆 👉 **Point Blank Period.** 👈 Don’t let fear stop you from taking action. Sales = survival. No action, no sales, no business. 💡 Now let’s get to work!
