Wet start to Bank Holiday Weekend

Annual guys beer day, 3 of us get together and drink beer and eat food,. Cypriot way. Chill in the pool and relax.

Start training again after my layoff for recovery. Small steps at a time. Hypertrophy work with dumbbells and airbike cardio
