My shuffle performance!
Hello Shuffle Sculpt fam! I wanted to share this with Victoria but she said I should share with the whole group and obviously I’m happy to do that! So here it is… I choreographed and performed with some of my students a few weeks ago. We told an inspirational story and it was lots of fun. 30 Day Summer Shred Challenge Instructions
This challenge will consist of 10-20 minute workouts 5 days a week. Each workout is different. - 3 at home strength training workouts - 2 footwork/dance based cardio You will also get: - My mobility routine - Nutrition guidance - Weekly check ins The workouts are pre-recorded so you can do them at your convenience. For this challenge you will need: -Yoga mat or soft surface to lay on -Weight of any kind (im using kettlebells) -Resistance band -Loop resistance band (optional) The challenge is now $22 to join, we are starting Monday, July 1st. My phone is at the bottom of the ocean
Hey fam, I was on a boat yesterday and accidentally dropped my brand new phone into the ocean. I had plans of filming new workouts today and tomorrow. :( I literally bought that phone because of the camera. UGH! soooo anyways... lets plan on having a day next week for a live zoom (using my laptop) workout to end the challenge strong and have some fun. :) What time of day works best for you? Vote below
