Yesterday's presentation by Darren Gibb in the Coaches in Conversation call was worth every minute. The most valuable insight for me was "Don't create content for your peers!!!" I know I've fallen into the trap of wanting to sound smart and knowledgeable to sound credible because I thought that is "Authority building." However, that doesn't mean anything to our ideal clients unless we speak directly to their struggles.
