hi~ I'm en en from singapore, I started my tiktok calisthenics journey + Jesus last november to encourage girls that they can be strong too :") honestly seeing so many guy posting is abit daunting, but I hope this posts encourages girls here that we can be part of calisthenics too proud of my growth from needing to use the assisted pull up machine to now doing pull up with 5kg weight! my goal is to do a muscle up before end 2024 <3 ✨

Everyone has a different reason for starting calisthenics. Mines really simple actually, I was inspired by a senior back in school who was hitting MUs and handstands without breaking a sweat, and I simply wanted to be able to do it as well, just cause I thought it looked pretty sick 😂 What’s YOUR reason?
