how to increase planche hold time?
so 1 month ago i unlocked full planche, after only 25 days of training for it (ye i know thats fast), but now in the past month my hold times have been stuck to around 3-4 seconds, some days i cant even full planche! 163cm / 53kg / 15yo started calisthenics may 2023 started learning statics skills in july 2024 straddle planche pr: 11 seconds clean form i have not unlocked 1 1 1 straddle any tipss for lengthening my hold times? tips for how to planche press would be greatly appreciated too. if anyone has questions about my journey i am also more than happy to answer 😀
