Challenge anyone?
I need my butt kicked in winning new business. Anyone open to a friendly action-based challenge to bring in more clients in the month of November?

Gloss Meter
Has anyone used a gloss meter to determine if a floor needs to be stripped? How does work? Is it good?

Sharing some info...
Hi Everyone! I just wanted to throw this out there in case it's helpful to others. I attended a SBA & APEX Accelerator collaboration workshop today and it was very informative. Most people look at these and associate it with government contracts and even though the APEX side of it is, the SBA side is extremely helpful to small businesses for things like on site conference rooms you can use if you don't have a brick and mortar space but want to do something like hold interview, to staff that can help with your financial plans, business growth, marketing plans and your business pitches. Best of all is that it's a resource that is free and you can schedule appointments with them as much as you would like. Also, if you get a chance to attend one of these I recommend you go, great place to learn about other types of contracts and certifications available as well as a way to network with other small business owners.

Would like to know what was learned to execute
How do you all track your quarterly, monthly, every other week cleaning tasks?
I’ve divided the cleaning tasks for my largest client into weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly categories. When I handle everything myself, tracking is manageable. However, now that I have a team, I’m unsure of the most effective, easy, and time-efficient way to track these tasks to ensure nothing gets missed. What would be the best approach? How do you track?

Google and make sub calendars or through SWEPT
Next Weekly Q&A is Friday at 2pm Eastern
Skool, Google Cal, and/or Zoom isn’t playing nice at the moment. I’m having a challenge booking the next many calls. Until I get it sorted (probably tomorrow) I wanted to announce Friday’s call as a recap to September and we’ll do Q&A time permitting.
