Got the client
I landed the client!! This has been a 1.5 month process and I have my first client! They spoke so highly of my professionalism and it just made me want to deliver exceedingly above their expectation! So now, I need to hire someone or do I go and do the cleaning myself.

Insurance
Hi everyone, looking into workman comp by chance does anyone have a reliable recommendations regarding a company referral? Hiscox, progressive wrote me off for workman comp with no explanation and I have general liability with them and they are big on the northeast. Can one operate on general liability is there a legal loophole around this . Does a per diem policy exist per job vs having it year around for workman comp? Ct and ny area

If you use a payroll company like adp for example, check with them. Otherwise your insurance agent can point you in the right direction.
Igniting Momentum! 🔥
Thanks to @Mark Lineberry for Sparking Three Walkthroughs and Counting! I had three walkthroughs this month so far and another scheduled for Friday. Going to check out your pricing course to make sure my numbers are where I want them.

Great job @Tracey Steger How are you generating the leads?
Welcome Anthony!
Let's welcome @Anthony Fabricatore. New Englanders, you have Anthony to deal with too. Anthony has a growing biz and have no doubt to his future success. Anthony, I'm still building out sections of this as time permits, but definitely check out the feed which appears when you first log in. Feel free to post and have questions answered. Within the tabs at the top, there's a Classroom section where you can find signups for the Hot Seat calls and Q&A calls. I'm adding more courses with one just added on pricing should you ever need help with that. Within Calendar, you can see a calendar of future scheduled calls. We've been consistent with 2 per week. Below that menu bar there's an announcement on the next scheduled event, which is 39 hours away as of this post. Within Leaderboards, you'll find poster rankings, based on activity and level. Each level unlocks something new. I'm still building this out but I'm catching up. Stay tuned. Awards will be made retroactive if necessary. We also do challenges. Here are two that you can win this month or next: 1) The TOP 3 on the monthly leaderboard at the end of November will win a $10 Starbucks or $10 Amazon gift certificate. 2) We're running a challenge on the most walkthroughs. The rules are here. This goes from November 1 to December 15 and the winner gets $100 for the holidays. It's anybody's game.

Welcome to the group!
LinkedIn Templates
On today's SOTB for October/Weekly Q&A call LinkedIn was brought up. I'm in another Skool group on AI. One of the members shared a cool resource on LinkedIn posts (I know we talked more about DMs, but the premise is similar). Here's a cool guide how to structure posts. ETA: It was created by AI. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kzP6YbIQ3VOs4wGF5SR8YqpX6TT9vpDabHmAQKz01tE/edit?usp=sharing
