How would you price this??

It’s 12,000 sqft cleaned 6x/week. What would YOU price it at? Provide in an answer: 1. Your rate per month 2. Total estimated hours 3. Breakdown by percentages of labor, supplies, and gross profit. For example we typically aim for 65% labor, 2% supplies, and 33% gross profit. Share publicly (or in private): Thanksgiving weekend I’ll share the rate.

Hey everybody, meet Stephanie Lane!
@Stephanie Lane meet everybody! We’re glad you are here! In a nutshell, this community is similar in format to FB where it’s easy to scroll, post, comment, etc. A differentiation is a classroom section and we’re slowly adding more there. A new course on pricing just got published within the past month. More will be added. And there’s a Calendar section (I need to add a couple more for this month. December will go up next week). There are weekly calls. Finally, there’s a gamification to this with free stuff and rewards.

I need a partner??!
Do any of you have a business partner? What does that partnership look like? I am considering getting one or possibly seeking someone who would act as a COO and help me gain clients and run the business, and a percentage of profit. Let me know thoughts.

Hi Kendra! So my experience from other businesses stay away from partnerships! Hiring employees is way better. Last call we talked about VA's for cold calling to get more clients. @Mark Lineberry has so many great free resources on marketing and things of that nature, check out his podcast beyond the mop and also his blog. Also I went on Fivver and found some people buildingmlead lists super cheap, and even a guy who writes scripts and will train your VA's. He has over 600 reviews with a 4.9 star rating . I hired him ( cost $255 ) includes script writing and 2 hrs training. But Mark has a free script he shared that @Anthony Fabricatore is using with success... also chat GPT can help a lot, I can share thenpromptnI used and you can discover the rabbit hole I went down. @Kendra Watkins https://www.fiverr.com/s/420QEvy My VA is someone I have worked with before. Back then he rembered me from an interaction when he was working for someone else and reached out to me after that gig was over. I found lots of cold callers on Fivver too. When I was searching recently.

Holidays
Quick question, I'm curious what is standard and how y'all manage this. In our contracts we have Holiday's listed that we do not work on. When a cleaning day falls on a holiday do y'all schedule the clean for a different day that week, or just skip it all together?

We bill monthly, so price wouldn't change, in your scenario I'd probably only clean that Wednesday. In our situation we clean Tuesday and Thursday, so we will clean Tuesday and Friday
