Gotta Want it!
Halfway there!!!! Still building that cardio, but my pacing is a lot better. It still annoys me a bit that my non-dominant arm is considerably weaker than the other. It's funny when I catch a glance at my face in the mirror and it's completely scrunched into this contorted mess while I push the KB up with my left arm!! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Happy Hump Day Peeps!

@Michele Hunt , something that may help is starting each round with the weaker side. That way the body as a whole is less fatigued, which leads to better sets from the weaker side. Hope that makes sense.
Condition and strength
Today was a very good workout. It also definitely targeted at my core muscles. They are conveniently tired now. ๐Ÿฅณ 1. Roulette conditioning kb 8kg The first round was little short, because I didn't have my classes on. ๐Ÿ˜† 2 rounds, 3 times 2 minutes, rest 1 minute. The last swings felted terrible. I had to stop before I throw up. (Fully stomach). 2. Strength training; 2RM press, 3RM Front Sq and 3RM Bent row. All of them with 12kg kettlebell. I also included floor presses for the first time. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป I started to do this the beginning of this month and it is quite enjoyable.

Very nice @Heli Kuru . I very much like the old world feel the black and white video gives. For the floor press, it's really good to see you using both hands to bring the bell off the floor. I understand it's quite easy to dislocate a shoulder of you only use one hand due to the leverage of the bell outside your body. Great safety habit to see!

Welcome to the (kettlebell) family @Kevin Jenkins . I'd suggest starting lighter with more reps as it's more forgiving if you make a mistake. Let's face it; injuries aren't fun. A little exercise regularly ands you'll be racing through the belt tests!
White Belt Test: M - 16KG - 2:01 Min

Strong foundations @Anze Gantar . I agree with Jason that reps is what you need. Don't be embarrassed to use a 12kg if you have it. It will allow more reps, that are easier to control, and with a greater margin of safety when fatigue sets in. I still use my 12kg regularly for this reason.
Yellow Belt Test
16Kg, 2:03. Followed with 20 minute EMOM, 5 snatches & 10 jumping jacks odd, 5snatch/20mtn climbers even. https://youtu.be/TafUPek3hqw
