Most facilitators looking for clients on LinkedIn (or X etc) make one big mistake: They don’t show how they’ll help clients SAVE or MAKE MONEY. Clients don't buy workshops, they don't buy LDJ, they don't buy better communication. They only want to save or make money (or time which is money). Change this one thing on LinkedIn (and your website), and they’ll be reaching out to you. Here’s what to do: 🔥 Update Your LinkedIn Headline & Banner → Show tangible value you deliver: savings, results, growth, timeframe Examples for valuable LinkedIn Headline ideas: HR Facilitator: “Helping Companies Reduce Employee Turnover by 30% with efficient workshops” Product Development Facilitator: “Boosting Product Success Rates by 25% with PMF Alignment Workshops” Sales Facilitator: “Helping Teams Increase Sales Efficiency by 20% in 3 Months with efficient Customer Experience Workshops” Next: Start posting real results from your workshops! 🚫 Don't use buzzwords or jargon like “LDJ” or “Design Sprint.” They DO NOT use these terms, they don't understand these terms! Clients want to see impact, not our tools. Wish you a lot of inbound requests (inbound is when they ask you to help them. Designing a Webinar / Workshop to promote "innovation" in Enterprises
Anyone got a good framework for designing a 1hr Webinar workshop with a client? Also how much do folks usually charge for such things? My current strategy is to co-design this with the client in a half-day workshop. Has anyone does this before? Any advice?

For pricing. I’d say estimate how much revenue it will generate for them in the next 12 months and then charge a percentage of that. Defo go higher like Andreas advises.
