Perfromance Max????
Im currently running a google display campaign which isnt converting as well as I would like and im looking Into other types of campaigns. Im considering running a performance max campaign but from my understanding it requires a larger budget and takes time to find the correct audience. With my ad budget of only $25 CAD per day im unsure if this would be the best approach, just looking for some advice and any other suggestions?

@Cameron Walker really appreciate the advice, I’ll split test them even if it’s with a smaller budget. In the long run I see how it will be beneficial 👍👍
Selling Conversion Rate for Real Estate?
Hey guys, I'm just working a bit on my offer and really wondered about this: How high is the average conversion rates from the first meeting like a free evaluation to getting the selling contract? I heard from a few real estate agents that mentioned it's somewhere between 30%-50% for them. Just drop your estimate or experience in the comments. It's only for selling interested people who want to sell their home with a real estate agent.

Selling Conversion Rate for Real Estate?

76% of people work with the first agent they talk to, thats not the main problem you have to solve. It will be targetting the correct people that are actually in a position to sell and getting those people to interact with the ad and move down the funnel. Seller campaigns suck at the moment, so your best bet is targetting buyers with the aim of those buyers also being in a postition to sell, roughly 30%.
Next Steps
So I was led to believe by another Smma community i had a winning funnel :) , I am running a google display ad in the real estate niche to try and bring in seller leads using a lead magnet of a free home evaluation. After the funnel underperforming and doing some research I have been told the performance of the type of funnel is slowly declining due to people no longer searching certain keywords and saturation of them. Im very new to this space and would just love some advice from someone more experienced on the next steps i should take for finding and developing a winning campaign. https://youtu.be/5nbNeJRy3A4?si=dwSUEplK6xN_vhs4

@Cameron Walker so I’m going to try a performance max campaign and produce a look alike audience from my clients previous leads 👍👍. Also going to test some different targeting variables like age and income, your help was much appreciated.

My budget is too small to effectively run performance max campaigns but tbh the problem isn’t my Google ad it’s the current housing market and the people I’m targeting. I need to change the entire system to focus on buyers not sellers.

Driving School Niche?
Yo guys! - I was just wondering if any of you have any experience in, or know someone, running ads for driving schools? I'm asking since I recently got my driving license and my driving instructor told me he is starting his own driving school, of course, I offered to run ads for him in hopes of getting him his first clients. However, I've never even heard of someone who runs ads for driving schools at all. I have not even heard "gurus" mention it as a possibility. So I'm not sure how well the ads will run, but I will definitely try my best! Curious to know if any of you guys might have any input or advice regarding that. What do you think?

I would give it a go, the LTV of one student is absolutely insane as they tend to stay for a long time. You could use a free taster session as a lead magnet 👀.
