I spend yesterday moving house. I completely underestimated how much time it would take. I did move a gym, sofas and lots of boxes and double my normal steps. Question, do I do yesterday's workout today or start on day 2?

Joining this group was the first step... but you have a bit to do to prepare for the challenge... and it is time you got on with it... Go to the Halloween Heist Classroom, and work your way through the various pages in there. Make sure you tick the box in the top right of each page to keep track of your progress ✅. And... if you are reading this and think... "this is a a lot of effort for a free challenge"... you are probably right... however, as I have said, this is no ordinary challenge, and if you actually give yourself a chance to succeed (by doing as asked)... the result could be more than you imagined possible. So... pull up the big boy/girl pants, head across to the classroom, and actually invest some time, energy and effort into yourself... you are worth it! Definitely signingup for the challenge, also I found my fitbit and started wearing it. Moving house in 2 weeks and determined to change my habits so that I can start a fresh and build the right mindset moving forward to support my health and fitness 🥰
