Happy Saturday!
Hey everyone, I trust everyone is well, beavering away on being the best versions of themeselves they can be for else reasons they joined this group. So, my use of the TC planner lasted initially about 3days #Habits, but I’ve not given up. My meal prep lasted about a week, but I’ve not given up. I’ve got a plan to plan 2025 and it will be epic. C’mon team, let’s not beaver away in silence, let’s share, like, meme, support each other. Dare I say it if there is something this forum isn’t providing but you think it would be useful put it out there, chances are it’s not just you that wants it and hopefully it will become a thing. Oh, and I went to ‘Slim Chickens’ this week for the first time ever, for what turned out to be my only meal of the day - so I guess I was in a deficit for the day. Seems odd that a fried chicken place is called ‘slim’ when basically the basket of beige can only really contribute to making one ‘not slim’. Anyway, as fried chicken goes, I thought it better than KFC but I won’t be rushing back.

Hey team, what’s next?
So the Halloween heist is over, what is everyone doing next in the lifelong pursuit of longevity, health and happiness as an everyday affleet? I’m coming off the back of HyRox Birmingham and a few days of winter sun in Spain (thankfully not in Valencia) which has given me some benchmarks and time to think and plan and mull over what I want for, from and beyond 2025. Massive monday tomorrow, I’m back to work after just over a week off. I’ve prepped 3days worth of overnight oats, turkey-mince with veggies, I’ve not got a workout /training plan loaded up yet and no doubt there will be a fuck-tonne of emails to catch up on 🤦‍♂️. So what is next? > I’m toying with trying a HyRox Pro if an opportunity presents before trying to lock in another Men’s Open race in which I will set a target of sun-75mins. I’ll Probably need a coach for the latter, and I think I’m ready for one. Does anyone know a good one?? > I’ve 18months left in my current job, so it’s time to start the plan for what’s next > writing down all the stuff I’ve been mulling over in Spain 🇪🇸 > Commiting to my wellness, and using the Level 5 TC Daily Planner as a tool. Let’s get after it people… 🤜 💥 🤛

@Matt T Progress is progress though! I'm focusing on keeping up wih the increased NEAT, and slowly adding some more exercise into it as well. No events planned just yet, but keeping my eyes open for a trail race haha
🎃And that's a wrap folks...🧙‍♀️
And so... we have reached the end of our Halloween Heist... and in the last 28 days, you have had the opportunity to go on an exciting journey of self-investment... You could have learned about: 🌯Nutrition - and how to ensure you prioritise it to get the weight loss you seek. 💪Training - Generating a consistent workout routine that could keep you on the path to self investment 🚶‍➡️Habit Forming - How the consistent daily actions are the key to unlocking sustainable, long term progress You have been given a shed load of recipes that could be used to plan out your weekly food intake and take the guesswork out of your diet. My hope is that you have all enjoyed the process, and gained (or hopefully lost) something from it... Please do comment below the biggest takeaway from this 28 day challenge.

Thanks for organizing this @Thomas Collins ! My biggest takeaway is not hating the workouts anywhere near as much as I expected to, and am keen to continue doing them (although maybe not as frequently, so I can incorporate other activities) which I never imagined would happen.
🎃Final Weight Loss Challenge... ⚖️
If you wish to be considered for a chance to win a whole month of coaching from me, personally, all you need to do is comment on this post with your starting and finishing bodyweight NLT 1700 31 Oct 24. Please ensure it is also logged on the Trainerize Platform. I will reach out to the winner and talk them through the next steps personally. To be clear... my coaching is more than a training plan... it is about using the pursuit of physical performance goals to take back control of your health and fitness and transform your life... If you are looking for your next big challenge, maybe you have picked it, but are a little overwhelmed with how to prepare... it could be a triathlon, hyrox, marathon, ultra, obstacle course race... then lets have a chat, and see if we would be a good fit. I didn't lose much in terms of weight, but I did reduce my waist (I wasn't even measuring it, but needed to buy a belt?!) and have felt much better overall. Not really eligible for this, but the heist was amazing, thank you!
🚶‍➡️WEEK FOUR CHALLENGE🎃
Welcome to your Halloween Heist, Week FOUR Challenge! I have stressed over the course of this challenge how important your GENERAL ACTIVITY is, or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) is. And you have learned in the trainings just how much of an impact it has... so this final week's challenge is simply, your accumulative step count since we started. NOW... there is always the debate of "should I include my running steps", and as we have said before... NO... this is not about exercise, it is about what you do outside of that. SO... comment below by close of play this coming wednesday your cumulative step count for the month... and I guess it will be taken on trust that you didn't include your exercise steps!
