When you launch your paid community getting those first 10, 20, 50 or 100 members is by far the most challenging by part. 🤔 It’s the same as building a following on a brand new Instagram page or YouTube channel and it feels like pushing a rock up a hill to begin with. 🥵 But you know once you reach that first milestone the rock rolls over the top and down the hill a lot easier 🤩 So the question is….
