I have been trying to improve my looks for more respect, better self-esteem, and to attract high-quality women for most of this year. I am working towards a complete transformation, mentally and physically. An awesome post brother, TYSM.🀝🏻
"Start Calisthenics(for beginners)" to be REVAMPED
Greetings, Caliversity athletes! The first course in Caliversity(in which all beginners are recommended to start from) is in the process of being upgraded. Previously, the course featured 4 strength levels: level 1: for pull ups level 2: for pull ups level 3: for muscle ups level 4: for muscle ups We have taken a close look at the contents of the courses and decided that the entire structure could use a little more specificity, especially since the pull up and muscle up are calisthenics movements that are considered difficult for most beginners. Here are the changes: This entire course will be divided into 2 now: One for beginners to learn the pull up, which will feature 4 strength levels the other for beginners to learn the muscle up, which will feature 3 strength levels The courses will be divided into much more intricate detail, to cover more individual aspects on how you can improve your strength and weaknesses, so you can progress faster in your pull ups and muscle ups journey. We've also decided to compile information into the digital ebooks, so the videos look more presentable and straight to the point, In essence: What exercises to be done and how to do them: watch the video Why you should be doing the exercises, how many sets and how many reps: read the ebook We aim to publish this by the end of the week, and we're editing the final details Stay tuned!

This journal is 2 days late and should have been posted Tuesday night Morning routine & meditation (>10 minutes) βœ… Cold shower 🚿 βœ… Journal for 10 minutes ✍️ βœ… Read for 20 minutes πŸ“– βœ… Spend 45 minutes outdoors (Tuesday only) πŸŒ²βœ… Deep work βœ… Eat only whole foods for 75% of meals over the 3 day periodβœ… Drink 2 Liters of water each day❌ Workout πŸ‹οΈ (Chest, abs, triceps, swimming) βœ… Swimming laps (>30 minutes) (Tuesday only) 🏊 βœ… Study πŸ“– 2 hours at least ❌ Attend a community meeting πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¦β€πŸ‘¦ ❌ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool πŸ«‚ βœ… Screens off by 21:00 (9:00pm) πŸ“± ❌ In bed by 21:30 (9:30pm) πŸ›Œ ❌ Evening routine βœ… Sunday I did a full workout and started doing exercises with a new personal trainer. I took a rest day Monday to travel back to work. Tuesday I swam at the gym but did not workout. I also started eating a little better with bigger meals for breakfast and dinner while reducing lunch. This will be temporary as I believe I am gaining weight now but I am eating more whole food than before. I have also been waking earlier since the other guys in the dorm have been getting up at 4:00.
