My nourishing lunch day 5 liver cleanse
OK, so I’m attempting the liver cleanse. I’ve been drinking Cherry juice every day for the last five days and trying to cut back on my fats. Here’s my lunch today - a vegetable medley- I do have some chicken in there for protein. The drink is coconut water with chlorophyll to replenish my electrolytes after a hard workout. I may do the flush on day seven or eight due to the fact that I’m traveling. I’m still struggling with some skin issues i.e. eczema. Also have had some face breakouts and eczema on my face. All at the same time - fun times. I’ll keep everyone posted.
