Mid-Week Accountability Check In & Challenge
Hey hey! Just checking in mid-week, how are those goals looking? Be it diet, activity, water intake, sleep, stress management - basically any health and wellbeing goals that you have. Are you achieving them? Mid-week is great to reassess, refocus, and make things happen before it's too late. Maybe you over committed? Perhaps you've had a bad start to the week?
