Oooh, I'm SWEATY!!
8KG You have probably guessed, I'm determined to get through this workout from start to finish without gassing out...today I wasn't lucky. Got through more than half of the workout until my breathing (or lack thereof) became a problem. I'll get there!! ❤️❤️💪💪

It's been a while...!
8KG Hi! It's me!! 😃😃👋👋 Planned to do full 30-minute circuit, but made it through the first set of exercises before my breath started failing. My cardio needs to get back to functioning better! Getting back on that horse! LFG!!💪💪🤎🤎

Halfway there!!!! Still building that cardio, but my pacing is a lot better. It still annoys me a bit that my non-dominant arm is considerably weaker than the other. It's funny when I catch a glance at my face in the mirror and it's completely scrunched into this contorted mess while I push the KB up with my left arm!! 🤣🤣🤣 Happy Hump Day Peeps!

Continued on with the 2nd set of exercises, still working on getting that cardio up! Not a full 30 minute workout, but every little bit counts 😃😃 Good news is I still remember how to do cleans without bonking my forearms!! Getting it done today 💪💪

EMOM-Method -10 min per round 1 round: double kettlebell 2x8kg 2.round: single kettlebell 12kg The following exercises will be done every minute on the minute. Was fun, changed the jerk in push press and had really to fight with the lunge and two kettlebells overhead - after 2 times I decided to put them in the rack position and lunge, because they were too heavy...but I won't give up and train them😬With the 12 kg I assisted a little bit with the free hand. 40 cleans for the kumite included 😉 https://youtu.be/D8Etm5cDvrk?si=oJfPhbmOqZAwGaA_
