What flavourings/add ins do you add when making sauerkraut? I’ve always added fennel seeds but one I bought recently (while I wait for mine to brew) has tumeric. It started me wondering what else could be used. Thought I’d tap into the expertises here - what are your favourite flavourings/add ins when making sauerkraut?
