Help with pull ups
im good at push ups i can do like 50 to 60 in one go but when it comes to pull ups i can only do around 3 any advice on how to get better at pull ups?

If can only do 3. Then just do 2-3. You will progress trust me. The way to get better at pullups is to do more pullups. Every time you pass by the pullup bar. Do a pullup (for neural adaptation)

Achievable through bulking and consistent training pretty much (especially if we're talking about forearms and hands)

I keep making mistakes
Well the more you fuck up the more you learn.although I eat a good amount of food and quality food as well I don’t fucking utilise that shit.the main reason I was sluggish a lot of times is because the food I eat is so fucking much I need like 4 5 hours to absorb it to turn into energy instead of the 1 or tow hours.

Then eat more that 3 meals a day. Eat more often, dont eat too much in a single meal. Spread out your calories.
