Body Language Feels Inauthentic
- Goal: I want to have a confident body language and feel authentic with it. - Problem: Unfortunately, applying Kris' advice for body language feels inauthentic to me. I feel like i am creating a false persona and that overtime has reduced my confidence. Although i will say it works, i do feel people respecting me more, giving me more space. But, somewhere i cant stop feeling that i am a weirdo. - Solution: I am considering just forgetting about body language for a few months. I imagine that this way my old relaxed body language will return slightly and my new broad, rigid body language will tone down a little. I believe they will meet in the middle and form something authentic. - What do you think i should do?

Here‘s how it was for me: In the beginning, you have to force it. You have to force the open, confident body language, and it‘s gonna feel uncomfortable and like you shouldn‘t be doing it. But here‘s the thing no one seems to think about: After some time of doing it on purpose, it just becomes natural. Even just a year ago I felt like an asshole when I was first opening my arms, doing slow movements, manspreading etc, and I felt like that wasn’t me and I shouldn‘t be doing it. Now? Now I just do those things automatically, because it feels comfortable. After just a year. So the fact you‘re overthinking about your body language simply means you haven‘t been doing it for long enough. I believe Kris mentioned this in the old body language course which unfortunately doesn‘t exist anymore, it was gold.

I‘m going for my first big bulk this winter, something I should‘ve done long ago actually, but now is the perfect time. I‘m 67kg right now at around 14% bf, I plan on going to 80-85kg this winter and then cut, I‘m pretty sure I‘ll be pretty close to having the physique I want after this bulk is done.
4L water/day??
just opening the discussion for whether it’s too much. Here’s the thing: it depends on your weight, but also your level of activity. Some things Kris mentions he does that will influence your water intake: - sauna - Working out - Natural diuretic how often you do those things (and more) I’m sure has an impact on the amount of water you should be drinking. Generally a good guideline though.

I do 3L, but I‘m also 5‘8 and 150lbs so I‘d probably drink more if I was heavier and taller
Introduction
Hey everyone, I‘m Pedro! I‘m 20 years old, currently in university studying economy. I live in Lucerne, Switzerland and my goal is to become a better man and set myself up for the male advantage. I want to get these three things from this community: - support when asking for advice on speicific problems/situations in my life, obviously I‘ll try to help out who I can as well. - courses to help navigate (early) male life, on topics like fitness, social skills, dating and work productivity. - a sense of competition and accountability, I expect to see you lot sharing your wins out there so I can be inspired and hold myself to high standards as well. My biggest struggles are: - staying consistent/disciplined with my work/routine - my dating life I really look forward to engage with this community and see what it has to offer! And hopefully I‘ll be joining the paid community soon. (my body transformation down below lol)
