Great hack Bryce. Drinking a big dose of water before the meal will also help to curb your appetite.

I liked the conversation the other day, so let’s keep it going. Is the biggest thing holding you back your lack of knowledge on how to do what you are seeking? …probably not. Are you more 1. fearful that you’re not going to be able to figure it out? 2. Fearful your life is going to change and you don’t know if you’re ready for it? 3. You’re “too busy/good at staying occupied for you to ever take action? If something is (weight loss, working out, fixing/addressing something broken in life or material possessions…, any weak point in your life) the best place to start is the action. …not the right podcast, not the right book, not the right day of the week. Share a story or comment on something you want to take action on!

Just remaining consistent with my workout schedule. Going back to the "being busy" conversation, work is totally consuming me right now and I can't let it do that. I have to do a better job of carving out time for myself.

Need to get back into my routine following work and personal travel over the past two weeks. Gained a 5lbs because of it. Stepping back on the scale is scary, but it also creates motivation to get back on the horse and keep fighting.
9/15 - Site purpose and functionality
I'm so excited to get this program truly off the ground. If you are new to the app or have been on for a while. I want to show you some ins and outs of what I have going here. Our "Community" page works very similar to a singular click Facebook page. I love this because it allows you to not get dragged down by all the negativity and scroll distraction of some social media. I want to keep content fresh, engaging, useful, and to the point. As we progress into this, you will see: Daily workouts Nutrition tips Recipes Mindset work Product reviews and anything else you would like to learn, share about. My goal is to make this an engaging community, so please engage with me. You also have message button if you have questions or comments that I am on all day for. Help me grow this site, and allow it to be part of your daily routine. If you click on "Classroom" you have access to my 7x7 book as well as a new book that I am creating right now on how to not just look the way you want, but how to integrate that into your life in a way that allows you to have more joy in all areas of your life. 7/24 - Life Changes
Hi all, I just wanted to check in and let you all know that in accordance to following the course of what the universe is telling me, we decided to move to Austin for the next 6 weeks. It is a firm belief of mine that we all need to lean into trying difficult things in life, not being afraid to fail, and pursuing your dreams. After trying on LA, I felt we were in strong resistance, and didn't feel like I was progressing how I wanted or able to follow through on my pursuit of what "My Worthy Future" truly is. Have you ever felt like you were doing something just to "prove" or "show" someone other than yourself that you could do it? That's where I was heading in LA and it didn't feel natural anymore. I understand why it's the hub for ACTORS. This is the energy that I felt. I was acting like I belonged instead of knowing that I don't need to. After arriving in Austin, we have felt more at home. I realized that I want to lean more into the energy I'm pursuing and want to emit instead of the stuff I've gotten attached to. We are less than a week away from Competition 2 now. Where is everyone in their pursuit right now? Let me know how you're feeling, and what support you could use!

Growing up in LA I could easily see this transpiring. You have more of an Austin or San Diego vibe to you Bryce.
