I'm not happy with the recent trends in this community. This is a place for genuine conversations and connections with other community owners. This is not a place for you to build your "thought leader" reputation with "4 things I learned in Bali about leadership" type posts and hollow comments. Here's the rules: 1. Don't be annoying 2. I am curious what the best practices are in getting more people to join a community.

I would love to hear from successful community leaders with groups that are for bringing people together around a special interest, and not intended to help students make money or scale their business. Vegan food, water color painting? How is your strategy to attract paying members different than enticing members with the promise of financial gains?
