Hey Guys! Does anyone know how the repranges translate to hold time? If you want to train between 1-5 reps, but its a static hold, how long is that hold to trigger the correct adaptation (in this case relative strength)? Thx 😊🙏
@Cheng Wee Ng Thank you for answering. I might have asked it wrong. Lets take the frontlever. If you want to unlock it, unlocking it would be your 1RM. Now to trigger relative strength (what is needed for 1 RM's), we need to train in the 1-5 reprange. So if I want to train relative strength for frontlever I want to choose a variation that matches that reprange. And it is this last part that I am missing. What holdtime matches the 1-5 reprange so that I can choose the correct variation?
