Tips for Turns
I always lose a ton of time doing my turns in freestyle and backstroke. Any tips?

As soon as your feet hit the wall push off in the arrow streamlined position. Work you dolphin kicks off the wall and do not breathe in the first 2 or 3 strokes after each turn.
