How do you make a killer post in your community?
šŸ‘‡šŸ» What are a few of your favorite tips and tricks that helps your content stand out from all the rest, and have peeps coming back to your community on the regular? Here are a few things I do/donā€™t do šŸ˜‰ šŸŒŽ Be yourself, ā€œtalkā€ in the post like you would if the person is standing in front of you in real life! (IE, would you use a bullhorn and give them your top 5 things to achieve whatever without asking them questions or taking a breath?) šŸ’» Donā€™t use a chatbot to make a post, if you want to use it to tweak something or for inspiration, great, but most can tell when something has been AI generated at this point. (Peeps are attracted to you (and what you offer) based on the energy you hold and what you conveyā€¦ if everyone is using ai then it all sounds the same and peeps wonā€™t give two shitsā€¦) šŸ’ Ask them what their thoughts, feelings, and yes opinions areā€¦ bonus points if itā€™s at the top or midway through, and not just at the bottom. (People like to be part of a conversation, to be seen, heard and share their experienceā€¦) šŸ‰ Give tangible examples for context, something that helps them relate to what you are sharing. (Ie if you are talking about the gym, give an example for context about one time you went to the gym or what happened there etc) šŸ™šŸ» For fucks sake, donā€™t be a bah humbugā€¦ have fun, if you are having fun and are excited about what you are sharing, the likelihood that others will want to join the convo goes up šŸš€ Have you posted lately? Either in your own community or elsewhere?? How did it go? If you are hesitant about posting share why below and letā€™s see if we canā€™t help you ditch some mindfuckery so you can actually do the damn thing and reach your goals quicker šŸ˜‰

@Sarah Hankins I'm not worried about engagement, a lot of people are silent viewers - the fun post is usually the only one that gets engagement. But my member to call booked percentage is 30% on both my communities I have one with 180 members and one with 20
How a Skool Community Funnel built my Marketing Agency to $11,827/m in just 26 days
Iā€™ve been trying to start a successful agency for years, Iā€™ve dealt with every objection known to mankind. From lack of social proof to leads not having enough money. I just wanted an online business I could scale and work on with a beach view man. But using a Skool centered funnel, I was able to achieve that in under a month. Thatā€™s only because Skool has built in qualification mechanisms which attracts the right people, puts an emphasis on value and most importantly; isnā€™t saturated. I was doing it all before. I worked minimum wage jobs just to burn 1.5k a month on ads using instant forms and application funnels. I tried cold calling, putting in endless hours just to get the phone hung up on in my face. Even when I did get clients, they were bottom of the barrel - they could barely afford a retainer under 1000$ and I had NO room to be selective with who I worked with. It took the Skool Community Funnel to realise what I was doing wrong. Everything I just listed out has been made hugely oversaturated by all these gurus selling the same process. All of your ideal clients have seen the same thing over and over again, and theyā€™re sick of it. Thatā€™s when Skool came about and I decide to create a private community for my Agency. It was like a facebook group on crack. I was broke. I had exhausted everything, and this idea came to me like a hail mary. All I could afford was 10$ a day in ads. I sold the idea of a network, the idea of doing ads yourself so that you never had to deal with painful agencies again. I was getting a registration a day, with clients all writing down that they were willing to invest $5000+ to invest in themselves. It was a room filled with all my ideal clients in once place. Then I continued to build the community, doing long write ups, hosting weekly calls and creating live trainings. Just like that all these clients were booking in calls themselves? Wanting more? Imagine creating a world where no matter where they looked they saw you as an AUTHORITY. Theyā€™ve never seen anyone doing this before either, they felt indebted to the content. Imagine being close to hands off with the appointment setting process, Iā€™d just create selfie cam videos where iā€™d rant like a nerd about entrepreneurship and the members LOVED the authenticity. So much so, they never asked for a single testimonial, they just knew I was qualified.

Show us your skool meme (win $10k)
Share your best skool meme. The community will vote and the winner will get $10k cash. Share your meme in the comments below. Entries close Nov 21 @ 1:11pm Pacific. *Edit: GIFs aren't memes. They will be deleted so only memes remain. We'll select the best memes from the comments and let people vote properly. Otherwise the first comments obviously have an unfair advantage. Don't worry, the best meme will win.

3 steps that increased engagement of new members
Before, people would join, and I'd never hear from them a single word no matter how hard I tried to engage with them. Implemented those and engagement went up! 1. Added one extra step to my nurture flow: Before: Flow starts 15 min after someone joins, I'm shooting an email with all perks and stuff inside the community (they probably aren't accepted so the links don't work leading them to nothing. After: Flow starts immediately, I've recorded a short video outlining what they should expect and which steps they must take when Ill accept them (pumping them up). The next email after 10 hours is the "before" email with now working links. 2. Qualification questions: Before: asked only for email, accepted everyone After: added more questions, asking about the reason for joining (so I'll have a reason to reach out, thanks to. 3. Welcome post: I've created valuable and fun welcome post, value is for them to consume and fun to engage, (e.g. - comment on your favorite pizza topping, members replying to others with their favorites, or how "friendly discussed" they are) I DMed every member no matter how long they've in the community to comment under the post. [also I am trying something new, I'm giving access to a course earlier for those who are replying to other members --> "look for a comment with a pizza topping you'll love to share and let the other member know it, pizza partyyy!"] What have you done to boost the engagement of new members inside your community?

Asking for their numbers and reaching out on whatsapp or sms has been a GAME CHANGER. My lead to call to action rates tripled.
