I am a Arizona Native, i'm from a small border town south from Tucson called Nogales. I was born on the U.S. Side lol

What do you hope to accomplish in this group

What i hope to accomplish, is get into a different more efficient mindset that is more confidant in myself. Thrive to be more consistent in my health for sure. On top of that just getting to know myself in a deeper level. I believe the one thing that really holds me back from achieving my goals is just discipline particularly in the health realm.
