aloha :) I’m new here!

Just wanted to introduce myself!

My names Doreen and I’m currently on a healing journey from relapse anxiety and mostly panic attacks! I have had severe anxiety and panic years ago but was actually able to heal myself but I’ve totally forgotten the steps to get there! So I’m retraining myself and came across this tea :) excited to be apart of this group with you guys,
