First off welcome and so happy yall are here! Feel free to introduce yourselves! So I am changing up a few things to keep it a lot simpler in this group. Still keeping the Be Here, Be Kind, Be You. But….
Be Here will be Daily Meditation and then a prompt after the meditation to share your insights.
Be Kind will be a Daily Morning Gratitude Practice.
Be You will be you tapping in with you with the breathwork session on the weekend!
I look forward to more engagement with this set up, also looking to just keep it super simple. Here are a few ways to where we dont have to do soooo much, and just get to BE on a daily basis.
