The photo on the left was taken about two years ago. At that time, I was running a multi-million dollar company but wasn’t happy.
I was binge drinking most weekends, wasting time in the wrong relationships, and seeking validation.
The photo on the right is me today. I haven’t had a drink in 144 days.
My diet has improved (still not perfect), and I feel happier, more focused, purpose-driven, and confident. Plus, I’m sticking to my maintenance program—haha!
I still have work to do, and that’s the beauty of self-actualization: constantly working towards a goal that brings out your best.
Sometimes, success isn’t just about what we need to do; it’s also about what we need to STOP doing.
Write down a list of what you need to STOP doing.
