What’s your preference?
How are y’all doing with your cold treatments? It’s been one of my biggest foundation challenges 😅. However, I’m loving the benefits and I’m noticing better mental clarity and lessened body aches. Also, this morning I tried a cold bath instead of a shower and I ACTUALLY enjoyed it. Does anyone else do cold baths instead of showers in the a.m?
