NEVER give clients what they want.
Here’s what to do instead:
If a potential client wants clarity, what they actually need is a clear roadmap for how you’ll work together.
If a client wants a guarantee, they really need certainty about the outcome you’ll help them achieve.
(A tailored roadmap is one way to provide this while making your offer feel specific to them.)
If they want a discount, they likely need to see more value in the results you deliver. Show them how you solve their problem and the transformation they’ll experience.
If they want testimonials, it’s because they need to feel trust in you. Build that trust by sharing relevant stories, specific to their situation, that reflect your journey and success.
Focus on giving your clients what they truly need, not just what they say they want.
P.S. Want to know how to consistently sign $3k–$10k coaching clients by focusing on their NEEDS…
