Now I know what I'm about to say will probably be a punch in the gut for some of us.
But I love you too much to see you not living up to your fullest potential and shortchanging your business.
And besides that, I don't really care what you think about ME, I just want you to THINK.
So here’s a hard truth: every piece of content you put out works for you – or at least, it should.
Think of each post, story, or video as an employee on your team.
They’ve got specific jobs to do:
1️⃣ Build Brand Awareness – reaching new eyes, making sure people know who you are and what you’re about.
2️⃣ Grow Your Business – engaging your audience, bringing them closer, creating trust and loyalty.
3️⃣ Add to Your Bank Account – leading people toward taking action, whether it’s buying, booking, or subscribing.
If a piece of content isn’t doing one of these? Then it’s dead weight.
And just like a boss who expects results, it’s time to call that content in and say: “You’re fired.”
Your puppies, kittens, food choices, clothes and cars are cute but in reality no one gives AF.🤷🏾
Humans are selfish, and only listen to WIIFM (whats in it for me) radio.
Your content should work as hard as you do.
If it’s just taking up space without pushing your brand, business, or bank account forward, cut it loose.
Only the ones that bring results deserve a spot on the team.
So, look at your content lineup – who’s working hard, and who’s on the chopping block? 👀
