Back on track/running day
I unfortunately missed the 2 days in a row at the gym due to school and unavoidable things but we’re back now!
Started with a good stretch as usual because it’s so important and it allows my muscles to loosen up a bit before running.
Although I felt rather tired today, I still came to the gym and put in a solid effort! I ran my usual 26mins; I ran the first 5mins at 8:30 pace and then I got off because I needed to use the washroom 😅 but then I hopped back on the treadmill afterwards for a total of 22mins. I ran at a 7:30 pace for about 12mins and then walked for till the 17min mark and then I ran at 5:27 pace for a minute, rested (walked) for 2mins and then cranked the speed to 12km/h about 5:00 pace for a minute just to test my limits a bit. Finished with a brisk walk for the last 2mins
Overall, solid workout I think! 🔥💪
